This package implements a template engine extensible with plugins.

It can process a given template and replace content delimited with tags defined with square brackets.

It can use plugins defined as traits to extend the capabilities of the template engine.

The plugins can execute actions before or after processing the templates.

There is a plugin for caching the processed template using APC and another for detecting the type of device the user is using to access the current site.
